Are Home Energy Systems Like Power4home, Energy4earth, Etc. Scams?
My dad recently told me he was going to buy the Power4Home manual. I looked at their website and it seemed kind of fishy (one really really long page as a replacement for of the traditional home page with links telling you about the company). I thought maybe this was just due to amateur web page building skills but then I checked out a couple of more at home energy systems and all of the websites look that way. I’ve read a few reviews saying they’re scams but I’m just wondering if there’s some truth to them. If anyone has tried or known someone who has tried this system please give me some input! I’m trying to look out for my Dad and I don’t want him to waste money on this product. Please only answer this question if you really have had experience or know someone who has had experience with the product. Thanks!

Excellent for you! If a Website isn’t professionally made, then that is beyond doubt a red flag in my eyes as well. Any serious company would place in the money to come crosswise as extremely methodical and slick. A Website you describe was ordinary back in the late 90s; get with the program people!
If people even mention it’s a scam, then I don’t see why there’s any reason to place yourself at that liability. You don’t see anyone saying, Hey General Electric is a scam!
I know you want someone who’s had experience to answer, but 2 cents’ worth never hurts either.
Btw, if you’re in the States, even getting wind-powered electricity makes your home that much more green, but you’re still going to pay more because it’s such a new concept (still).
And can you not get the manual at a reference library or something? I’d avoid costs too much cash in this economy, even if you’re loaded. Let the weak fall.
