Best Way To Fix A Medium Size Dent In Rear Bumper Diy?

How can i DIY fix a dent in my rear bumper ? , I rather keep the check from the auto insurance b/c the dents not that terrible or life threatening and i wanna try and see if i can do it my self .

If it is a chrome bumper, remove the bumper and use a amalgamation of dead-blow hammers and heavy rubber mallets to end off the repair. If you do the pounding in the grass you won’t scratch it.

Your best bet is one of persons ding master or pops a dent kits but if you really want to do it yourself a plunger has worked for getting a massive dent out of my hood not so sure if the surface area will be large enough for a dent on your bumper.
