Hi,
I got really interested in the whole concept of solar panels. I read a couple of articles and saw a few videos on how to convert solar energy to electricity, but what I want to know is how can I make the microwave work, only using solar panels?
What I mean, is how many Volts, Watts, Amperes or any of these do I need to make the microwaves fully functional and how many huge the solar panels need to be to absord enought energy?
Thanks!
You must be well aware of the word ?solar system?. Our solar system consists of 9 planets and a sun. The earth on which we are living is a part of solar system. The energy which we receive from sun is called as solar energy. It is taken by the earth in many different forms like it is used by plants to grow, vanishing of water bodies, heating up of air and in several other ways. Solar energy is called as a renewable source of energy as we can never use it fully. When solar energy is used to heat up something then it is called as thermal energy and when it is used to yield electricity then it is called as photovoltaic energy.
I want to use 12vDc rope lighting that is 3 watts per foot and i am looking to use approx 64 ft of light. I am probably only going to have the lights on for 3-4 hours at night. I will be running the lights off a 12 volt car battery. What wattage will my solar panel need to be to recharge the battery all through the day. I would appreciate any help, Thank You! I am also looking at led lighting that is only 0.8 watt per foot.
