What Kind Of Homemade Energy Drinks Can I Use?

I just made one.. it’s pretty excellent..
Half of powerade, half of banana, half of orange, a drop of vanilla, apple/peach juice, 1 egg..
So let me know what other drink I can try..
A drink to kick in before exercising..
No ‘terrible’ energy drinks please, like REDBULL!
Straight-up healthy please..

Green Tea would work. You can brew it yourself.
Perhaps you’re thinking of a smoothie by the sounds of your description.. In that case use ice, frozen or fresh fruit, splash of juice, and protein powder.
